Hilary joined Childress Ahlheim Cary LLC in 2026 as Counsel. Before joining CAC, she spent thirteen years with a large international firm, representing financial institutions, agricultural firms and cryptocurrency exchanges in state court, federal court and arbitration. Earlier in her career, Hilary handled a variety of civil defense matters, including car accidents, premises liability, professional liability, education liability, and products liability. Hilary has first-chair trial, appellate, negotiation and complex litigation experience, along with experience managing high-volume litigation. At CAC, Hilary is excited to represent clients at the state, federal and appellate levels in a variety of cases.

Outside of work, Hilary enjoys traveling to all parts of the globe with her husband. Her hobbies include reading , cooking, and yoga.
