Elisa joined the firm in 2026 as an associate. Before working at Childress Ahlheim Cary, LLC, she worked at other civil defense firms engaging in insurance, product liability, personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death lawsuits, and pre-litigation matters.
Outside of work, Elisa loves traveling. She is active in seven lineage organizations, which allows her to volunteer and travel all over the country. When she is not traveling, she loves to stay at home with husband, three cats, and two frogs. Elisa also enjoys reading and playing video games.
