David Ahlheim and Bailey Yenzer win summary judgment on behalf of designer and manufacturer of exercise equipment.  Plaintiff was a guest at a St. Louis hotel. He claimed an incident with exercise equipment in the hotel fitness center caused complex back injuries.  Plaintiff sued the manufacturer, owner and maintenance company.

Bailey successfully argued Plaintiff could not meet elements of his case due to lack of experts and specific design problem that was causally related to the accident.
